The Address | Benghazi – Libya
TUNIS – The ambassadors of Italy and France in Libya welcomed the decision of the General Command of the Libyan National Army (LNA) to reopen Libya’s oil ports after a three-week closure amid corruption allegations.
The Embassy of France in Libya considered in a statement that the solution to the oil crisis was finally achieved by the efforts of all parties. “We hope that production will return to normal soon.” The embassy added.
In turn, the Italian Embassy in Libya said that the return of control the oil ports to the National Oil Corporation in Tripoli is an evidence that Libyans can work together to put the interest of the country first. It urged Libyans to work at the same pace to overcome the other disputes.
