BENGHAZI – Students of Effective Communication Skills class at the University of Benghazi Media College are preparing to launch “the Debates Festival “in its second season, after preparations have been completed.
The program will be launched under the patronage of the General Authority for Media, Culture and Civil Society and the Research Center, and will be launched on July 18th in “Sana’a Mehaidli” Hall in the UoB Medical College.
