The president of the Presidential Council of the GNA decided to stop the work of the office of the member Fathi al-Majbri.
On Thursday, Al-Sarraj, according to the letter sent by his office manager Yusuf al-Mabrouk to the director of al-Majbri’s office of which The Address obtained a copy, decided to suspend all procedures for any actions or decisions being carried out related to al-Majbri or his office.
The director of Sarraj’s office stated in the letter that this action came on the basis of what had transpired by al-Majbri, regarding his latest statements, as al-Majbri himself stated his withdrawal from the Presidential Council.
It should be noted that al-Majbri had declared his withdrawal from the presidential council and the GNA in a press conference on wedensday evening.
