HoR To Vote on Constitution Referendum Law Tomorrow

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

TOBRUK – The House of Representatives (HoR) will hold an official session tomorrow to vote on the draft of constitution referendum law in its HQ in Tobruk.

Last week, the HoR Presidency called on all members of the HoR to attend Monday’s and Tuesday’s sessions to vote on the referendum bill.

It is noteworthy that the course of the referendum on the draft constitution is opposed by some HoR members and a number of political powers in the country, who argue that it will postpone the general elections suggested to take place in December 2018. They also accused the current official bodies of wanting to stay for another year in power despite the political divide about their legitimacy in the country.
