The Address | Benghazi – Libya

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has accused Colombian president Juan Manuel Santos of being responsible for Saturday’s attack in Caracas. Venezuelan authorities claimed the attack was executed by unmanned aircraft.

Maduro states on TV and the radio, “Today they tried to assassinate Me.” he added “The flying object exploded in front of me and the explosion was huge”.

And he added “I have no doubt that the name Juan Manuel Santos is behind this attack.”

In Bogota, the Colombian government denied the accusation as “baseless” and described it as “absurd”.

An unknown rebel group, composed of civilians and military personnel, adopted the “attack” in a statement signed by the National Movement of Civilian Soldiers, posted on social networks.
