The Address | Benghazi – Libya

Hong King – A powerful hurricane swept across Hong Kong on Sunday and headed for the Chinese coast, gaining strength as it passed over the South China Sea after it sparked chaos in the Philippines where it killed at least 29 people.

Hurricane Mankot, whose current wind speed exceeds 200 km per hour, is the strongest tropical hurricane to hit the region this year. The hurricane is now heading west towards coast of south China’s Guangdong Province and onwards to the region of Macau.

Hong Kong raised its warning of the hurricane to its highest level as strong winds uprooted trees and shattered windows in residential buildings and businesses.
