30,000 migrants freed in Libya: Mogherini

NEW YORK – Over 30,000 migrants have been freed from Libya detention centers,  EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini said Thursday on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, according to ANSAmed.

She added that ”this was made possible thanks to cooperation and multilateralism between the UN, the EU, and the African Union,” as quoted.
