New decrees of the Interim Government

GIRNADA – The Council of Ministers of the Libyan Interim Government issued a number of decrees and procedures during its seventh regular meeting of the current year at the Cabinet Office of the Council of Ministers in Girnada on Tuesday.

The Council approved the establishment of the Oil Institute for Rehabilitation and Training in the municipality of Ajdabiya, under the National Oil Corporation (NOC).

The Council also agreed to grant the status of judicial control officer to a number of employees of the Environment Public Authority.

It also decided to approve the terms of reference and the organizational structure of the Crime Control Unit of the Ministry of the Interior, as it agreed to grant the status of judicial control officer to a number of employees of the Ministry of Economy and Industry.

The Council also approved the subordination of Manar Palace in Benghazi Municipality to Benghazi University and approved the organizational structure of the Ministry of Education.
