Salame meets with Shukri in Cairo to discuss latest developments in Libya

CAIRO – The United Nations special representative in Libya, Ghassan Salame, and his deputy for political affairs, Stephanie Williams, discussed on Sunday in Cairo with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukri the latest developments in Libya and Egypt’s support for the political process facilitated by the United Nations.

Salame and Williams met today with Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit to discuss the latest political developments in Libya.
