BENGHAZI – Sources to the the Address confirmed that the General Commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA) Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar will not attend the Palermo conference on Libya in November for several reasons. Some of the reasons, according to our sources, were that there is no clear agenda for the conference, no clear objectives, and no list of participants.
