Italian-African ministerial conference on October 25th to discuss Libya

ROME – The Italian Foreign Ministry announced on Sunday that Italy will be hosting a ministerial conference with 46 African countries, 34 represented at ministerial level, and 13 International Organizations, including the African Union, scheduled for October 25 at its headquarters, the Palazzo della Farnesina in Rome.

In its statement, the Foreign Ministry revealed that the conference will discuss “facilitating stabilization in Libya and the ongoing political process on the basis of the UN plan.”
