Al-Sarraj discusses security of oil sites with a number of officals

TRIPOLI – Chairman of the Presidential Council, Fayez al-Sarraj, met on Sunday with Chief of the General Staff, Major General Abdul Rahman Al Taweel, Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, Mustafa Sanalla, Chairman of Akakos Company, Nuri Al-Seid, Director of the Corporation’s Security Khaled Abu-Khatwa and Commander of the Petroleum Facilities Authority, Brigadier General Idris Boukhmada.

The meeting discussed procedures of securing the oil sites, including the fields, ports, pipelines and headquarters, and to ensure that oil production is not stopped, and exported according to the laws and mechanisms in force.

The meeting also addressed the work on providing basic services to the oil regions through spatial development programs.
