TUNIS – Tunisian Foreign Minister, Khemaies Jhinaoui, said in a press conference today with French Foreign Minister, Jean-Yves Le Drian, that an n upcoming meeting will be held with his Egyptian and Algerian counterparts to discuss developments in the Libyan crisis.
“There is a meeting between the foreign ministers of Algeria and Egypt soon to discuss the Libyan crisis and the developments of the situation and how to help solve the crisis,” said Jhinaoui, pointing out that the tripartite meeting is part of the follow-up initiative launched by Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi to resolve the crisis in Libya.
For his part, the French foreign minister expressed his country’s concern about the situation in Libya. “We want Libya to find the right track and focus the legitimate institutions of the state and stability of security”
