LPTIC denies administrative change and threatens legal actions against those who allege so

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

TRIPOLI – The Board of Directors of the Libyan Post Telecommunications and IT Holding Company (LPTIC) denies the news of alleged change of its Board of Directors.

Moreover, LPTIC warned that it will take all necessary legal actions against those responsible whose only objective, it said, is to destabilize the telecommunications sector.

The Libyan General Assembly, the administrative authority led by Vice Chairman of the Presidential Council Ahmed Maiteeq, alleged that it has appointed a new steering committee of LPTIC and elected new president, former chief executive of Libyan oil firm Tamoil, Issam Zanati.
