TRIPOLI – German ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza, condemned al-Foqha terror attack which took place late Sunday. In a tweet via his personal account, Owcza also said “our thoughts are with the kidnapped and the families and friends of the victims.”

On Sunday night, militants launched an attack on the area of al-Foqha in al-Jufra district, burning propitiates, killing four people and kidnapping nine others. ISIS terrorist organization has claimed responsibility for the attack.
