Italy receives 44 people from Libya through a humanitarian corridor

TRIPOLI – The Italian embassy in Libya announced that it received 44 people whom left Libya through a a humanitarian corridor organized with Italian Ministry of Interior, UNHCR, and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
The Italian embassy stated via Twitter that “a legal corridor for people in need to reach Italy in safety, afar for the heinous hands of human traffickers.”
