SIRTE – Witnesses said that elements of IS were seen in the area of Wadi Hinaywa, located 50 kilometers east of the city of Sirte today.
The witnesses confirmed that elements of the terrorist organization set up a checkpoint for inspection, on the traffic circle of Hinaywa, the eastern entrance to Sirte, and pointed out that the militants focused only on identity.
