PC allocates $110 million to treat unknown wounded in Iraq

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

TRIPOLI – The Address has obtained a letter from chairman of the Presidential Council of the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA), Fayez Al-Sarraj, asking the Minister of Finance of his government to allocate 110 million dollars and to send it to the Libyan Embassy to Iraq.

Many bloggers and public affairs observers in Libya considered the letter to be an evidence of a clear manipulation by GNA of public money because, in fact, there are no wounded Libyans in hospitals and health centers in the Republic of Iraq.
