Libyan Navy seizes 3 Egyptian fishing bulldozers near Sidra port

SIDRA – Naval forces of the Libyan National Army (LNA) on Saturday seized three Egyptian fishing bulldozers which was conducting a fishing operation inside Libyan territorial waters near the port of Sidra without official permission.

Spokesman of the army’s naval forces, Ali al-Thabet, said in an exclusive statement to The Address that the first Egyptian fishing bulldozer is named “Tabarak al-Ati” with 20 fishermen on board, the second “Fares”carrying 22 fishermen on board and the third Egyptian bulldozer named “Bahlawan” carry 21 fisherman.

The spokesman confirmed that the bulldozers were taken to the port of Benghazi to investigate the incident and take the necessary legal action.
