Libyan Observatory: Security arrangements of Al-Sarraj and Salamé don’t exist

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

BENGHAZI – The Libyan Observatory for the Defense of Rights and Freedom condemned in statement on Sunday the terror attack on the Foreign Ministry of the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA).

The Observatory expressed its “strong resentment of the so-called security arrangements, which do not exist in terms of reality and content. They are glorified by chairman of the so-called Presidential Council imposed from the West and the representative of the United Nations Mission in Libya,”

The Observatory called on “all institutions of civil society and all sects of the Libyan people to stand with the army and security establishment and to pay attention to the homeland in defense of its threatened rights and freedoms.”

The Observatory concluded by stating that the Presidential Council and UN Mission bare full responsibility for what is happening in the country such the deterioration of the security situation and the spread of organized crime and terrorism in Libya.
