IOM: Over 5600 IDP families in Libya received IOM support in 2018

TRIPOLI – Over 5600 internally displaced families received basic humanitarian support, such as non-food items, in different parts of Libya, International Organization for Migration said on Tuesday.

It is noteworthy that IOM had announced Sunday that a total of 28,633 beneficiaries had received essential medical care, including vulnerable migrants.

Reporting its 2018 support, IOM also said Sunday that 16,000 migrants were able to return home from Libya through its Voluntary Humanitarian Return Program.
