Tarhuna’s institutions resume work following truce in southern Tripoli

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

TARHUNA – The Municipal Council of Tarhuna announced on Monday that all of its administrative institutions will resume work on Tuesday.

Tarhuna, 65 kilometres to the southeast of Tripoli, suspended work in its institutions last Wednesday following clashes in the capital’s southern area.

Tripoli’s conflicting militias reached a cease-fire truce on Sunday following the arrival of a tribal delegation from the city of Bani Walid, which facilitated the agreement.
