Internal Security Service activated in Libya’s South West

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

On Sunday, the Internal Security Service of the Libyan interim government reopened all on its branches in Sebha, Ubari, Brak Shati, Ghadames, and Ghat, after years of closure.

The head of the Internal Security Service, Major General Khalifa Hosni, had a visit to the city of Sebha, in January, in order to strengthen the work of the Service in the southern region.

This follows the securing of the Libyan National Army for a number of towns and cities in south-west Libya as part of the ongoing process of securing the South to stop illegal immigration, human trafficking, and extremist groups in southern Libya.
