TRIPOLI – Chairman of the Presidential Council of the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA), Fayez Al-Sarraj, has appointed Guma El-Gamaty as his special envoy to the Maghreb.
Guma El-Gamaty is a Libyan politician who heads the Taghyeer Party in Libya and a member of the UN-backed Libyan political dialogue process.
