LNA allows aircrafts of oil companies to resume flights to and from Southern region

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

SABHA – The General Commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, issued orders to the Commander of Sabha Military Region to allow the aircrafts of oil companies to resume flights to and from the oil fields in the southern region for the transfer of their users and supplies, said the Spokesman of LNA, General Brigadier Ahmed al-Mismari.

However, the aircrafts should land at Tamanhint airport back and forth in coordination with the air Force Operations Room to prevent any infiltration of foreign or suspicious aircrafts to the region that could support terrorist and criminal gangs and foreign mercenaries, al-Mismari added.

This decision is in recognition of the conditions of workers in oil fields in southern Libya, he noted out.
