Libyan & Italian officials to hold a meeting over migration at the end of March in Rome

ROME – Libyan and Italian officials will hold at the end of March in Rome to discuss the migration crisis, Italian newspaper Il Gazzettino reported.

According to Il Gazzettino, the upcoming meeting will be the final meeting of a series of talks which took place in the course of the last two years between Libya and Italy over the European Union’s migration plan. The March meeting aims to implement the entire European plan for the gradual strengthening of the capacity of the Libyan authorities to stop the flow of migrants.
