The Address | Benghazi – Libya
TRIPOLI – Interior Minister of the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA), Fathi Bashagha, met on Sunday with Head of the European Union Border Assistance Mission in Libya (EUBAM), Vincenzo Tagliaferri, in Tripoli.
According to a statement by GNA’s Interior Ministry, Bashagha and Tagliaferri discussed security cooperation particularly that of border-control training and information exchange.
During the meeting, Bashagha expressed his ministry’s keenness to widen the scope of joint cooperation between his ministry and EUBAM.
