Egypt’s NDC extends its work in Libya for five more years

CAIRO – Board of directors of the National Drilling Company (NDC) has agreed to extend the work of the company’s branch in Libya for five more years.

According to minutes of the meeting which was published on Sunday the Egyptian Exchange, NDC’s board of directors authorized its president Ahmed Rashad to manage its branch in Libya, and to represent it before all governmental bodies and institutions, including Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC).

NDC’s board of directors also gave the right to Ahmed Rashad and his sons Khalid Ahmed Rashad and Sharif Ahmed Rashad, both of whom are board members, to choose and appoint a director to NDC’s branch in Libya.
