TRIPOLI – Italy’s ambassador to Libya, Giuseppe Buccino Grimaldi, held a meeting on Monday with Deputy Interior Minister of the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA), Mohamed Al-Shibani, in Tripoli.
According to a statement by the Italian embassy, Grimaldi and Al-Shibani discuss bilateral cooperation as well as Libyan-European cooperation in the field of migration, humanitarian assistance and border control.
