DSRSG Williams: The National Conference aims at holding parliamentary and presidential elections

ZLITEN – The UN Deputy Special Representative to Libya, Stephanie Williams, said that the Libyan National Conference aims at coming up with a national charter and a road map to end the political impasse and at holding parliamentary and presidential elections in Libya.

This came in a meeting with the Mayors of the municipalities of Zliten, al-Khoms, Qasr al-Akhyar, and Msallata
in Zliten, to discuss the National Conference agenda, its expected results, and possible guarantees to implement these results.
