Lavrov: We refuse to blame only one side in the Libyan crisis

MOSCOW – Sergey Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister, expressed his country’s opposition to blaming one side in the Libyan crisis.

Following his consultations with his Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shukri, Lavrov said that his country is closely monitoring the situation in Libya and exchanging information on how to discuss the situation by the UN Security Council.

The Russian Foreign Minister expressed the hope that Libyans will determine their fate by means of a comprehensive dialogue without any external deadlines.
