SABHA – The Libyan National Army (LNA) repeled an armed attack on Tamanhint airbase in Sabha on Thursday.
An LNA soldier was killed at the base’s main gate, one official said, describing the attackers as “militia”.
The attackers are suspected of being affiliated with ISIS, an official said.
