TRIPOLI – Regional director of the British Middle East Center for Studies and Research (BMCSR), Amjad Taha, said on Monday that militias in Tripoli are using women and children as human shields.
Taha said those militias are also using houses and hospitals as military headquarters.
The regional director of the London-based think tank added that terrorist militias in Tripoli received heavy blows during the battle of the Libyan National Army (LNA) to liberate the capital.
