TRIPOLI – Air Force of the Libyan National Army (LNA) carried out intensive night raids on Al-Qaqa military camp in Alfalah area in southern Tripoli, witnesses said.

Eye witnesses reported more than six airstrikes on Al-Qaqa military camp, which the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA) uses to store ammunition and armed vehicles.

Tripoli has been dominated by criminal militias and terrorist groups since the fall of late Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi in 2011.

The Libyan National Army (LNA), led by Fied Marshal Khalifa Haftar, launched a military operation in April 4 to eliminate those criminal and terrorist militias.
