Phares: NATO should stop the arms provided to terrorist groups in Libya

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

Walid Phares, Fox News national security and foreign policy expert, stressed that NATO should put an end to shipments of arms coming to the terrorist and extremist militias and groups of the Muslim Brotherhood organization in Libya.

Commenting on ISIS latest attack in Sebha, southern Libya, Phares said the arrival of advanced weapons to extremists in Libya poses a threat to international peace and security, referring to the arrival of an Iranian cargo ship, which is listed on the U.S. and U.N. sanctions list, to the port of Misurata loaded with sophisticated weapons and shoulder-launched SAM missiles.
