GHUDWA – ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack carried out today morning on Ghudwa town south of Sebha, killing three citizens and kidnapping a fourth.
ISIS described the attack as targeting the forces of the Libyan National Army (LNA), led by Field Marshal Khalifa Hafter, which it called “Haftar’s Militia”.
