Our alliance with GNA just for fighting Haftar

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

TRIPOLI – The commander in al-Samoud Brigade, which is allied with the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA) for fighting in Tripoli, and which is led by the internationally wanted Salah Badi, Ahmed bin Omran said that their brigade has nothing to do with any agreement to cease fire in Tripoli between GNA Head al-Sarraj and Haftar.

Bin Omran said in an exclusive statements to Italy’s Nova Agenzia press agency yesterday that the “true revolutionaries” will not be satisfied with any agreements with what he described as “war criminal Haftar,” asserting that their fight against the Libyan National Army (LNA) forces is a jihad for God will  and will not stop until victory, as stated.

The Islamic leader said: “We are temporarily allied with GNA to fight Haftar and that the objective of all the battalions now is to repel the Haftar attack on Tripoli, and if al-Sarraj decided to sign an agreement with Haftar, it will have nothing to do with us.”
