TRIPOLI – The toll of Tripoli clashes so far is 607 killed and 3261 wounded, the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Sunday.
WHO added that civilian causalities include 40 people dead and 117 injured.
Along with a call for an immediate cease-fire, U.N. humanitarian officials say they urgently need more than $10 million to keep helping beleaguered civilians in Libya.
