TRIPOLI – The Commander of the Air Force Operations Room in the Libyan National Army (LNA), Major General Mohammad Al-Manfour, has revealed the presence of 30 Turkish military experts working for militias allied with the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA).

Speaking today to Al-Marsad new website, Al-Manfour confirmed that a Turkish drone attempted to target LNA’s ground forces south of Tripoli on Thursday morning before the Air Force managed to intercept and target the drone.

Al-Manfour said the Turkish drone is one of three others of the same type which the army destroyed since the beginning of its military operation in the capital in April 4.
