The Libyan National Army was able to control three new military positions used to be under the control of Fayez al-Sarraj government forces allied with the terrorist organizations in the battles of Tripoli.
A military source on Monday told The Libyan Address Journal that LNA units were able to destroy military vehicles for al-Sarraj militia, pointing out that the LNA units are moving in the direction of important points in the frontline of al-Ramla south of Tripoli.
On Sunday, Libyan air force warplanes carried out a series of air strikes targeting ammunition storages of radical militias in Salah al-Din area.
For his part, the commander of the Ain Zara frontline in Tripoli, Major General Fawzi al-Mansouri, confirmed the start of the withdrawal of Fayez al-Sarraj forces and its militias from the hubs of fighting.
