Salamé takes part in P3+3 Paris meeting on Libya

PARIS – The P3+3 countries, France, US, UK, Italy, Egypt and UAE, held a meeting in Paris on Friday to “study and evaluate the security and financial conditions in Libya”, according to the French embassy in Libya.

In a tweet on Saturday, the French embassy in Libya also said that Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, (UNSMIL), Ghassan Salamé, has also attended the meeting.

Salamé’s participation in the meeting was through the plan he presented to the Security Council on 29 July.
