Putin stresses the need to coordinate the Berlin Agreement with Libyan parties

Russian President Vladimir Putin called for the coordination of the agreements concluded at the Berlin Conference on Libya with the parties to the Libyan conflict, explaining that this measure is necessary in order to confirm the sequence of steps through the UN Security Council.

According to the Kremlin, Putin stressed during a phone call with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Friday the need to make greater international efforts to end the conflict in Libya and start a political dialogue to resolve the crisis.
