Algerian president receives his Tunisian counterpart to discuss the Libyan crisis

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

ALGERIA – Tunisian President Qais Saeed will visit Algeria Sunday, at the invitation of his Algerian counterpart Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to hold talks on ways to enhance cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

According to a statement issued by the Algerian presidency on Saturday, the two sides will address the international and regional situation, especially in Libya and occupied Palestine.

Algeria and Tunisia share the same vision of settling the Libyan crisis, and they also share their rejection of the peace initiative put forward by US President Donald Trump, or what is described as “the Deal of the Century”.
