Arab League: Transfer of mercenaries to Libya threatens security of neighboring countries

The Address | Benghazi – Libya

CAIRO – The Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab League Ambassador Hossam Zaki said that the Libyan situation is thorny and complicated, stressing that the continuation of this situation threatens the security of the neighboring countries of Libya.

Zaki, in an interview on Russia Today TV channel, called on all parties to be at the level of the event and not to let things slip to implicate the region in continuing instability.

He pointed out that the transfer of fighters to Libya is fueling the war rather than draining it and puts Libya and the region in a major predicament, in addition to the continuing threat to the security of the Libyan neighbors.
