The President of the Libyan House of Representatives, Chancellor Aguila Saleh, invited the members of the Council to attend a session that will be held on Monday, March 2nd, in the city of Benghazi.

A statement issued by the council said that the session will discuss the repercussions of the political track of the UN-sponsored Libyan dialogue in Geneva and “the violations by the UN mission against the legitimate authorities representing the will of the Libyan people.”

Last Wednesday, the political track meetings for the Libyan dialogue started at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva, despite the announcement by the House of Representatives and the Hight State Council to suspend their participation in talks.
