Shells landed on Tripoli’s Mitiga Airbase and the al-Nasr Forest

Informed sources confirmed that artillery shells continued to fall at Mitiga Airport and al-Naser Forest in Tripoli, “violently in a bombing that the area had not witnessed since the outbreak of the clashes.”

The Administration of Mitiga Airport announced the suspension of flights and the evacuation of its passenger terminals on Friday morning “until further notice.”

Sources from the Libyan National Army said that they have targeted “one of the radars of the Turkish anti-aircraft missile system at the Mitiga Airbase.” No casualties reported so far.
