LNA raises maximum alert level to impose security control in the south

UBARI – The General Command of the Libyan National Army (LNA) raised the state of maximum alert to impose security control in the entire Libyan south, and to launch combat patrols to fight crime and smuggling, and secure the southern Libyan border.

In a statement released on Monday, LNA’s Military Information Division said the units will be primarily stationed in the areas of Marzuq Basin and Ubari.
