The Libyan Address Journal

The United Nations is witnessing discussions on appointing former Ghanaian Foreign Minister Hanna Tetteh as the United Nations envoy to Libya, succeeding the Lebanese French Ghassan Salamé.

Consultations in the corridors of the United Nations have not yet witnessed any objection to Tetteh’s appointment, who is currently serving as Special Representative of the Secretary-General to the African Union and Head of the United Nations Office to the African Union (UNOAU).
