LNA regains control of al-Asabaa town south-western Tripoli

AL-ASABAA, Libya – The Libyan National Army (LNA) has regained control of Al-Asabaa town south-western Tripoli after a series of airstrikes on the sites of Takfiri militias in the western mountain, LNA Spokesman, Major General Ahmed Al-Mesmari, confirmed on Monday.

The military units of LNA’s 166th Infantry Battalion and the support force managed to storm al-Asabaa and extended full control over it, According to LNA Military Information Division.

Al-Asabaa, located in the western mountain, is 120 km from Tripoli.
