Erdogan, Merkel discuss latest developments in Libya

ANKARA – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and German Chancellor Angela Merkel discussed developments in Libya and Syria, and steps to develop bilateral relations.

The Turkish Presidency contact department issued a statement, according to Anadolu Agency, which stated that Erdogan and Merkel, during a phone call yesterday, discussed the latest developments in Libya and Syria.

The statement added that Erdogan and Merkel discussed steps aimed at developing bilateral relations, foremost of which are economy and tourism.
